Biography

Hernando Guzman has over 7 years of experience as an entrepreneur, venture capitalist and consultant in supply chain management and process re-engineering. After founding a search fund in Mexico in 2007, where he launched a high-tech and retail startup and led the restructuring efforts of a privately held company, he joined Latin Idea in 2010 as an Associate. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Guzman worked as a consultant for Accenture and BearingPoint, where he successfully managed consulting projects throughout Mexico for leading manufacturing, oil and gas companies.

Education

Hernando holds an MBA degree from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He also graduated with honors from Universidad Iberoamerica Mexico City with a BS in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
