Background

Mr. O'Neill is a Vice President at Stone Arch Capital, a middle-market private equity firm focused on investing across a wide variety of industries in the Midwest and Canada. He is engaged in all areas of the firm including fund raising, deal origination, opportunity review, negotiations, and portfolio management.

Mr. O'Neill joined Stone Arch Capital in 2008 as an Analyst as was later promoted to Associate spending three years with the firm before leaving for graduate school.  During business school, Mr. O'Neill completed an internship with Deloitte Consulting working with a team focused on post merger integration and lean six sigma cost reduction.  He returned to Stone Arch Capital in 2013 where he focuses his time primarily on sourcing and structuring new platform and add-on investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Stone Arch Capital, Mr. O'Neill served as an investment banking analyst at Lazard Middle Market, LLC.

Education

Mr. O'Neill received an MBA from Johnson at Cornell University and a BA in Business and History from University of St. Thomas.
