How To Join eHub

Students, faculty and staff with an active Cornell ID card are invited to become members eHub. Members are (i) able to access the eHub locations after-hours (please allow up to 1 hour for card swipe system to recognize your ID) and (ii) apply to reserve eHub conference rooms and collaboration spaces.

All eHub members are required to read and follow the eHub Use Policy here.

Room Reservations

Note that, without reserving rooms, any eHub member may use any open space in eHub like the lounge areas, table spaces, and also unoccupied conference rooms.

FACULTY/STAFF: please email if you would like direct access to reserving rooms.

STUDENTS: once you have signed up as eHub member through the link above, you may apply here to gain direct access to reserve conference rooms and other reservable spaces if you are working on an entrepreneurship venture or project. Examples of appropriate activities would include an ongoing class entrepreneurship project, holding team meetings for your company, or regular entrepreneurship brainstorming sessions. So, submit the form if you need REGULAR access for your group pursuing entrepreneurship activities.

If you need to reserve space for a SINGLE-TIME entrepreneurship activity simply email with your full name, phone number, and activity description, and you will be notified if your room reservation is approved.

Students or faculty/staff who have been granted direct access will be able to log in and directly reserve meeting rooms using this link.

After Hours Access

Please allow up to 10 days from the time you sign up to when you have card swipe access for after hours. If your card does not pick up on the reader the first time, try holding your ID card directly on the center of the reader for up to 10 seconds.
