Background

Mr. Keigo Kuroda has been a President and Chief Executive Officer of Crosspath Advisors, Ltd., and investment advisory firm, since 2013. He is based in Tokyo, Japan. Previously, he served as a Principal at Blackstone Real Estate Advisors. At Blackstone, Mr. Kuroda was involved in analyzing potential real estate investments in Japan. Before joining Blackstone in 2007, he worked for Lone Star Japan Acquisitions as a Vice President. While at Lone Star, Mr. Kuroda led the origination and acquisition of Lone Star’s Solare hotel portfolio (35 hotels), Pacific Golf Group International Holdings (PGGIH) portfolio (40 courses), various office buildings, and nonperforming loans in Japan. PGGIH (TSE: 2466) went public in 2005. Prior to Lone Star, he worked for UBS’s Mergers and Acquisition team in the Investment Banking Division as an Associate Director.

Education

Mr. Kuroda received a Bachelor of Economics from Konan University. He also studied Economics at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as an exchange student. Mr. Kuroda received an M.B.A. from Johnson.
