Background

Mr. Jeffrey B. Granoff is Chief Financial Officer at Parmenter Realty Partners and is based in the New York office of the firm.  Previously, he was a Principal at Clairvue Capital Partners. Prior to that, Mr. Granoff was a Principal at Prudential Real Estate Investors. He was a senior member of the Merchant Banking Group and was responsible for U.S. investment originations and asset management within the opportunistic investing group. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Granoff was a Principal at Arcapita Inc, an Atlanta-based private equity firm and Arcapita Bank, Real Estate Investment Arm. Previously, he worked at Morgan Stanley in New York, where he was an Associate in the real estate investment banking group. He specialized in corporate finance and provided strategic advice to REITs, real estate operating companies, real estate funds and developers and executed capital markets transactions in excess of $5 billion. Mr. Granoff has also worked as an Investment Associate in the opportunistic investing group at Prudential for a year. He also served as a Financial Analyst in real estate investment banking group at Prudential Securities for two years. He also worked at Elk Associates Funding.
