Background

Mr. Bruce E. Rogoff has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at LECG Corporation since April 5, 2011. Mr. Rogoff serves as the Chief Executive Officer of HeliFlite Shares, L.L.C. He serves as a Co-Chief Executive Officer of LP Network Inc. Mr. Rogoff is the Founder of The Staten Group Inc. and serves as its President. He has more than 20 years of legal, C-level operating and private equity experience. Mr. Rogoff was a Partner at Triax Capital Advisors LLC. Previously, Mr. Rogoff was a Partner with Great Hill Partners LLC. Mr. Rogoff joined Great Hill Partners in February 2001. At Great Hill, he primarily worked with the portfolio companies to ensure the successful implementation of their business plans. He previously spent six years as the Chief Executive Officer at Trans National Group Services, LLC. From 1987 to 1995, he was a Partner at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., where his practice centered on private company mergers, acquisitions, and finance. While at Mintz, Levin, he served as the Director of Private Equity and Venture Capital Practice. He spent six years as a Vice Chairman at Trans National Group. He has been a Director of LECG since April 5, 2011. He served as a Director of Trans National.

Mr. Rogoff holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a JD cum laude from Boston University School of Law.
