Background

Mr. Craig B. Klosk is a Managing Partner and a Co-Founder at The Wicks Group of Companies, L.L.C. He co-founded the firm in January 1989 and is involved in all its investment and management activities and serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of all its operating companies. He has particular expertise in the financing aspect of transactions: bank financings, bridge financings, and private and public offerings of debt and equity securities. Mr. Klosk was previously an Attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, in New York, specializing in private equity transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Mr. Klosk’s clients ranged from multibillion dollar public companies to smaller investment groups and entrepreneurs specializing in acquisitions of closely held corporations.

Education

Mr. Klosk has a J.D., magna cum laude, and was elected to the Order of the Coif and earned a B.S. degree in Labor Relations both from Cornell University. He was a Senior Editor of the Cornell Law Review.
