Mr. Marc P. Weiss, CPA is a Senior Vice President in the New York office, Chairman of the Private Real Estate Investment Committee, and Head of the Private Real Estate Secondaries Team at Partners Group Private Equity. Mr. Weiss has been Partner of Partners Group since December 2008. Mr. Weiss is a Principal of Pension Consulting Alliance Inc. He joined Partners Group in 2007. Mr. Weiss served as Chief Financial Officer of Watermark Capital Partners, LLC. Mr. Weiss joined PCA in April of 2003 with over 15 years of experience in the real estate investment industry. Prior to PCA, Mr. Weiss served as Chief Financial Officer of the real estate investment management subsidiary of The Common Fund for Non-Profit Organizations (Commonfund). Prior to Commonfund, Mr. Weiss served as a Manager at Kenneth Leventhal & Company and its successor, Ernst & Young LLP, where he obtained eight years of real estate accounting, tax and consulting experience with an emphasis on REITs and private equity real estate investment funds. During his career, Mr. Weiss also served as Chief Financial Officer of an emerging private equity real estate investment management firm and was a portfolio controller for a billion dollar portfolio of diversified real estate owned by an overseas institutional investor. Throughout his professional career, Mr. Weiss has been an active participant in NCREIF and NAREIT. Mr. Weiss is a C.P.A.
