Background

Mr. F. Howard Mandel is the President at Peppertree Capital Management, Inc. Mr. Mandel is also a Founder of the firm and is based in the Chagrin Falls office of the firm. Mr. Mandel is the Chief Executive Officer and a Member of the Board of Managers at 4G Towers, LLC. Prior to forming Peppertree, he was a Partner at Tregan Partners since 2000, where he focused on media and telecommunications. Previously, Mr. Mandel served as an independent Consultant to the telecommunications infrastructure industry, where his clients included public utilities, financial institutions, and radio stations. In 1997, he was one of the Co-Founders of OmniAmerica, Inc., where he served as a General Counsel and a Vice President and was responsible for managing the company’s mergers and acquisitions activities and its tower ownership division. Prior to the formation of the firm, Mr. Mandel spent more than ten years as a Transactional Attorney at Thompson Hine LLP, the latter years as a Partner, primarily representing telecommunications and broadcast companies in acquisitions and in equity and debt financings.

Mr. Mandel holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.S. from The Ohio State University.
