Mr. Michael Kim is the Founder and Managing Partner at Cendana Capital. Previously, Mr. Kim was a Senior Advisor at Rustic Canyon Partners, Rustic Canyon Ventures SBIC, L.P., Rustic Canyon Ventures, L.P. and Rustic Canyon Ventures III, L.P. He worked for Accelerator Ventures. He was an Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Mr. Kim was an Associate at The Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City and also worked at IBM in Armonk, NY. Mr. Kim serves as a Director at Cedana Capital, L.P. He is a Director of InSync Software, Inc. since May 2, 2006. He serves as a Director of Archcom Technology, Inc., Auxora, Inc., Azaire Networks, Inc., Confluent Photonics, EM4, Inc. and NanoNexus, Inc. He served on the Board of Directors for the 2004 SF Swearing in Committee.

Mr. Kim received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business, an M.S. from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, and graduated, with honors, from Cornell University.
