Background

Mr. Lawrence G. Graev is Chairman, President and CEO at The Glenrock Group, LLC. He has also been serving as an Of Counsel at the New York office of King & Spalding, since June 2001. Mr. Graev spent most of his business career practicing law in the areas of private equity and mergers and acquisitions. His experience spans the range of deal types, including LBOs, MBOs, recapitalizations, take-private transactions, and early-stage investments. Over his extensive legal career, he has been an active investor in private equity and special situation investment opportunities and has served on the Board of several public and private corporations. Mr. Graev has provided strategic and business advice to the managements and Boards of many companies in his capacity as an investor and/or Board Member. Previously, he served as a Partner from 1973 to 2001 at O'Sullivan Graev & Karabell, LLP, where he founded and developed the firm's private equity and mergers and acquisitions practices and served as a Managing Partner and Chairman from 1977 to 1999.

Education

Mr. Graev received an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a law degree from The George Washington University National Law Center.

Board Affiliations

Mr. Graev serves on a number of corporate Boards, including BPC Holdings Corp. and AB Initio Software Corp. He has been a Director at St. Paul Travelers Companies Inc. and Travelers Property Casualty Corp. (formerly known as St Paul Companies Inc.) since May 7, 2002. Mr. Graev also serves as a Director at Pangea3 Global Services Pvt. Ltd. He also serves as a member of the Cornell University Council and the Cornell University Private Equity Advisory Committee.
