Background

Mr. James A. McNair is a Senior Managing Director at Corinthian Capital Group, LLC. He manages the firm’s Chicago, Illinois office and co-founded the firm. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. McNair was a Managing Director at Lincolnshire Management and also managed its Chicago, Illinois office. From 1997 to 2000, he was the President of McNair, Reed & Company. From 1988 to 1997, Mr. McNair was a Vice President, a Senior Vice President, the Head of Business Development, and a Member of the Board of Directors at Jordan Industries. Before Jordan Industries, he was a Mergers and Acquisitions Investment Banker at Drexel Burnham Lambert and at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company's Merchant Banking Group.
