Background

Mr. Hernandez joined Accel-KKR in 2007 and is a Vice President. Since joining Accel-KKR, Maurice has been involved in the firm’s investments in Saber (sold to EDS for $460 million in 2007), iTradeNetwork (sold to Roper Industries for $525 million in 2010), The Endurance International Group and North Plains. Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Maurice worked at Deutsche Bank’s Technology Mergers & Acquisitions group in San Francisco. While at Deutsche Bank, Maurice was involved in a variety of mergers, acquisitions, buyouts and leveraged financings in the software, services and Internet sectors. Maurice previously worked at Needham & Company, an investment bank focused on emerging growth companies. While at Needham, Maurice was involved in advising mid-market technology companies on mergers, acquisitions and capital raising. Maurice is currently a Director of North Plains.
