Background

Mr. Vincent E. Warrick is a Managing Director at Thompson Street Capital Partners. He is a part of deal team at the firm. Prior to that, he was the acting Chief Acquisition Officer at General Services Administration. Mr. Warrick had joined the General Services Administration on Nov 8, 2006. Here, he continued development of the Federal Acquisition Service, the improvement of General Services Administration acquisition policies and procedures, and helping to oversee two large government wide acquisition contracts. As the Head of the Office of Performance Improvement, Mr. Warrick reported directly to the Administrator as an Associate Administrator and worked as part of General Services Administration’s senior management team to drive the process for successful implementation of major performance improvement initiatives throughout all areas. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Harbour Group, St. Louis where he was responsible for numerous merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Warrick served as an officer in the United States Army in various command and staff positions. He also served as an attack helicopter pilot.

Education

Mr. Warrick holds an M.P.A. from Cornell University in 1991 and a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1980.
