Background

Mr. Patrick O’Hara is a Principal at Grosvenor Capital Management Customized Fund Investment Group.  Prior to joining GCM CFIG, Mr. O'Hara served as the Managing Director of Investor Relations at Brazos Private Equity Partners, LLC, where he led communication with current and future investors and was involved in fundraising activities for the firm. Previously, he was employed at Employees Retirement System of Texas as Director of Private Equity for three years. During his tenure at Texas ERS, Mr. O’Hara had been responsible for leading the fund’s private equity program, covering investment strategies ranging from buyout, growth equity, turnaround/restructuring, distressed debt, mezzanine, venture capital and secondary funds. He was previously the Managing Director at Esposito Private Equity Group and Patriarch Partners, LLC. In addition to a broad range of investment and operating experience, Mr. O’Hara was previously a Portfolio Manager at GE Capital and an Operations Manager at Federal Express.

Education

Mr. O’Hara received an M.B.A. from the Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
