Become a Big Red Ventures Fund Associate!

Interested in learning about venture capital and the skills needed to become a successful venture capitalist? Apply to be a Fund Associate for Big Red Ventures (BRV), Cornell’s early-stage venture capital fund run entirely by MBA and graduate students.

Who
All current Cornell graduate students in any school who interested in learning about VC are eligible to sign up. This program is not open to alumni.

When

To become a BRV Associate, applicants must complete three required training sessions.

Session 1: Basics of Venture Capital

Session 2: Legal Due Diligence in Venture Capital

Session 3: Investment Evaluation

To register for the training sessions and learn more about the process, enroll in the Big Red Ventures – Associates Canvas. Students who have completed all the trainings and deliverables will be invited to apply to join the associate program.

Where

Training sessions will be held in a hybrid format to accommodate interested students in the eligible programs outside of Ithaca (EMBA and JCT MBA). If you are a residential MBA or in a degree program in Ithaca, you are expected to attend in person.
