Rev’s innovative philosophy and methods guide our hardware offerings. Currently, Rev supports three hardware programs, Prototyping Hardware Accelerator, Manufacturing Hardware Accelerator, and the ClimateTech Prototyping Hardware Accelerator. In addition to program offerings, Rev hosts a series of speakers and workshops for entrepreneurs to grow their network with thought leaders, industry experts, and successful startups. We also have a state-of-the-art prototyping lab that is open to all hardware program participants as well as Rev member companies
Prototyping Hardware Accelerator
Rev offers a deep dive into hardware through an 11-week Prototyping Hardware Accelerator summer program that leads product teams through a process for determining if their ideas are commercially desirable, technologically viable, and economically feasible. Upon completion of our program, Hardware Alums are positioned to recruit team members, bring on partners, work with contract manufacturers, and pitch to investors.
ClimateTech Prototyping Hardware Accelerator
The ClimateTech Prototyping Hardware Accelerator is uniquely focused on supporting entrepreneurs focused on addressing climate change. The Accelerator includes customized workshops, speakers, and trainings tailored to cleantech and climatetech startups. If you have a hardware or product idea that falls into the “climate technology” or “clean tech” category, this program will help you test your idea and prepare you to launch your own company.
Manufacturing Hardware Accelerator
Manufacturing Hardware Accelerator, offered in partnership with the Cornell College of engineering, is a cohort-based program that supports hardware startups ready to bring their prototypes into production. Entrepreneurs will benefit from programming, significant manufacturing expertise and advise, business mentorship, access to local manufacturers, and introductions to investors to enable them to advance from the prototype stage into production and bring their products to market.
Applications are now open for the 2021-22 Manufacturing Hardware Accelerator cohort. Apply now.
