The Southern Tier Startup Alliance (STSA) is a member organization of business incubators in the Southern Tier region working to promote startups and entrepreneurship resources in our region. Our objective is to help increase the number of jobs in the region by supporting new, scalable businesses, thus diversifying the employment base and strengthen the economy.
