Our mission is to empower and provide resources to women of color who aspire to step into leadership positions in their community, workplace, and beyond. Through mentorship programs, inspirational speaking seminars, workshops, and events, WLC aims to enable opportunities and promote leadership and professional development among women of color in the Cornell community.
